Was a pretty good movie with some frightening scenes.

Maybe it gets better after 45 minutes, but I'll never know because I turned it off. I wasted my time and money (although it was just a rental) on a movie that doesn't even come close to Dawn of the Dead.

This is a wonderful horror/thriller/sci-fi hybrid with a very thought provoking premise. And it does a very credible job of fleshing out the details. Sure there are a few predictable stereotypical moments, but overall I was very impressed. George Romero knows what is important in a movie like this.

This movie was OK. I don't think it was scary as much as it was violent. There are a couple of chilling moments, but that was more because of the loud sound effects than the visuals. It looks a lot like Zombieland, without the lame attempts to comedy. Watch it if you have nothing better to do.

Good horror movie, a couple of moments will actually make you jump, I was expecting it to be worse than it was... worth the rental.

I got pretty much what I expected from this film. This movie is based on the blueprint original film written and directed by George A. Romero back in 1973. A not too bad take on what could happen if a small town was infected by something they didn't see coming till it was too late. A story about how people deal with a life threatening crisis and what they're capable of doing in order to survive.

I quite enjoyed this movie despite the fact that this virus storyline has been re-done again and again. If you like action/horror based on a desperate struggle for survival you’ll probably like this film as I did. There are quite a few genuine scares.

Very disappointing, I expected more gore and scare but didn't get it. Not original at all, actually very predicting. Don't waste your time.

This movie was surprisingly well done. I really enjoyed it. It was one of the best horror movies I have seen in a long time. There were some corny moments but overall it was very good with solid acting and a good plot. I never saw the original but I liked this version. Hopefully, there is a sequel. But judging by the low number of reviews it seems that this movie did not attract a large audience. What a shame.

Never saw the original but I liked this version. Had same sort of survival horror vibe from Dawn of the Dead, which is a good thing in my books. No real surprises in terms of what actors are going to bite the dust and the ending is a tad predictable but otherwise good from start to finish.
